In this workshop, you'll learn about a few key Indian spices, the Ayurvedic taste they impart, their nutrient value, and how to use them to get the most benefit for your health.

Via Zoom, you can simply watch, ask questions, and take notes or, better yet, cook along in your own kitchen with Gouri, a master home cook, and make a few simple dishes that showcase the ease and deliciousness you can gain with a variety of spices.

We'll share with you a few tips on spice storage, preparation, and variations that you can apply to make any recipe and truly spice up your life!
