8 week series

TUESDAYS on Zoom

January 7th - March 4th

(no class Jan 28th)

10am-11am Pacific Time Zone

Mobility and balance rely on the intersection of strength and flexibility with the added consideration of joint range of motion.

This series is designed to:

  • increase your ability to move your whole body in a variety of positions
  • refine your sensory and spatial awareness
  • decrease daily pain and stiffness

Each session we explore yoga practices that highlight the mechanisms of balance and mobility.

We will reflect on the relationship between poses and the movement patterns of everyday living, and how to develop new connections within your body-mind.

This experience helps to reduce your fracture risk by increasing fall prevention and response time.

You gain stability, ease, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to take the practices of yoga off the mat into your daily activities for better mobility and balance!

Great way to start the new year!

Class recordings will be available for those who register

Includes a 1:1 with MB
