Yoga for Better Balance is designed to help you deepen what and how you practice to focus specifically on building better balance - this is one of the key benefits of yoga that helps to reduce our fracture risk as we age.

The six sessions are each 90 minutes long giving us time to examine in detail the facets of balance, and to practice and hone our experience with balance.

You'll gain strength, flexibility, proprioceptive awareness, and much more.

You join for the series as a cohort - no drop-ins (but if you have to miss a class, you will receive the recording.)

The sessions are on Zoom so, alas, no "hands-on" adjustments but there will be plenty of individualized assistance.
